U.S. RCHG foundation was formed as an eco-friendly and new technologies sponsoring organization.

Space Dynamic REPST project is undergoing optimization for its final stage of development, optimization
includes cost effective for its customers, system life cycles and safety, protection from Quantum
computer decoding and photon technology.

REPST has the similar concept as NIF in the United State and KSTAR in Korea. However, the operation
method is 100% different, the operating cost is very low, it will be commercialized within a few years, it
is applied to a variety of sizes, and it can be easily used by all mankind. It was developed solely by God’s
inspiration and had already completed the patent in year 2015.

CHG is looking for a future Space Dynamic REPST business location, it’s very hard to make a final
decision. Association made a decision with a public offering for contribution. Donor’s will receive the
following benefits.

1.Factory location will be decided by the percentage of donations (which combine donor numbers and
amounts) from each country.
2. Doners have the right to purchase class B stock which is similar to second round stock in U.S.A.
3. Donors will receive priority for job opportunities in Space Dynamic and U.S. RCHG Foundation
affiliated.
4. Prioritize Business opportunities link to the Foundation.
5. Will have financial loan and benefits with Bank of CHG.
